I don't understand why someone would *want* to live to be 180 or whatever. Even if by some miracle you could avoid age related decline (which I strongly doubt), how do you deal with boredom and spiritual angst? Haven't these people learned anything from the myth of Tithonus?
Not dead! The claim by Sinclair and Hyman -- and the myth of Tithonus does get mentioned -- is that they can REVERSE much of aging -- largely suspend it. I have that in the post on Bio-Hacking coming up after Exercise, and then Diet and Metabolic Health.
I worry that this could very easily backfire and become the worst kind of hell -- an old and tired soul trapped in a quasi immortal bag of meat. We always fight against it, but we need the release of death.
